Estate Administration

When a person has passed away, there may be claims pending against them by the IRS and/or businesses that have provided them with goods and services.  The person's assets, such as real estate, also have to be distributed either as the person directed or according to state law.  The resolution of claims and distribution of assets may have to be done in court - through probate procedures.  We can help the person the court appoints as executor or administrator to manage claim payment and asset distribution while navigating the rules and requirements of the process.
