About Lance Taylor

Lance Taylor focuses his practice on elder law, estate planning, disability planning, estate administration and real estate.  His practice in Oak Park provides convenient access to clients and courts in Cook and DuPage counties.  He has practiced law for over 38 years and brings to his counseling a wealth of experience from a variety of practice settings. 

Taking a leadership role, Lance is the current Chair of the Oak Park Commission on Aging in Place. Lance also devotes as much time as possible to other volunteer work in Oak Park and on behalf of the elderly, village government, and the arts.

Lance also has significant litigation experience at the federal and state levels by virtue of serving as a law clerk for a federal district judge, his association with the law firm of Mayer Brown & Platt, n/k/a Mayer Brown, and his work as Senior Counsel in two in-house positions.
